- Cancellation request should be received through e-mail along with Bank account details of guest at [email protected]
- Only 8% of total tour package cost will be deducted, any time after booking, if cancelled before 31 days from the date of arrival
- 25% of the total tour package cost will be deducted if cancelled 16 to 30 days before the date of arrival
- 50% of the total tour package cost will be deducted if cancelled 6 to 15 days before the date of arrival
- 100% of the total tour package cost will be deducted if cancelled 0 to 5 days before the date of arrival.
- No refund for ‘No Show’ , any unused services or early check out.
- Refundable amount will be credited in the Bank account of guest within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation
